• The Memphis- Shelby County Public Library & Information Center maintains an extensive Community Information File that includes information on local organizations and resources in a variety of relevant categories including employment, GED Instruction and Testing, Literacy Instruction, Occupational & Professional Associations, Tutorial Services, and others.

• Free Tutoring Services are offered to eligible Memphis City Schools students in schools identified as needing improvement and are provided by companies with a proven track record of success. Eligibility criteria require that a student qualify for free and reduced-price lunch. Contact your child's school principal for more information.
